Who we are
Your project is our project.
Valiant Custom Homes is a custom home builder serving the East Tennessee area, with a focus on Loudon, Blount, Knox, and Monroe Counties. We have built our reputation on a hands-on approach, reliability, and professionalism.
We firmly believe that establishing a relationship based on communication and trust is paramount to achieving success. We take this journey with you and walk you through each step of the process, from the initial designs to the finishing touches — ensuring every aspect of the home is uniquely yours.
The Valiant difference
Quality. Craftsmanship. Attention to detail.
Craftsmanship
From the initial designs to the finishing touches, every aspect of the home is uniquely yours.
Attention to detail
Communicative, timely, and totally hands-on. Working with us is as unique an experience as your home will be.
How we build
Two ways to build.
Whichever path you choose, you select every interior and exterior finish alongside our designer.
Semi-custom
Start from one of our plans.
Choose a plan we have already built and refined, then make it yours — customizing the home and selecting finishes with our designer.
Fully custom
Start from yours.
Bring us your own plans, or modify one of our existing plans to suit the way you actually live. Every detail is yours to shape.
In their words
“We are very happy with the entire process — from picking out our lot to the construction and design, and even the follow-up. Valiant built us a custom home in Tellico Village, and we really love being here. Their communication is fabulous; we could not have had better communication. They listened to what we wanted and helped make our vision a reality.”
