We were in Colorado and wanted to move here for our family and we looked at a lot of houses and homes but a lot of them needed updating and we just didn’t find the right thing. So, we found this lot that Steve owned and he was building 4 houses on this lot… so we decided to build a house and they were really very helpful. They helped us through the process of getting the plans and getting them just like we wanted. We added some things and customized it. We eventually did most of the work long distance. When we were here visiting we picked out all the things like the cabinets and the flooring and all that but we were mostly long distance and Steve was very good about checking in with me once or twice a day and sending me pictures. We essentially built this from an iPhone! Steve kept us informed and communicated with us. We had a very good experience with Valiant.”
